職責(zé)描述：1、根據(jù)愛莎國際學(xué)苑發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，協(xié)助項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人開展各項(xiàng)人力資源及行政工作；2、處理員工關(guān)系，跟進(jìn)員工入轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)離程序，負(fù)責(zé)員工考勤管理及工資；3、跟進(jìn)工簽、居留許可辦理等外籍事務(wù)；4、負(fù)責(zé)月度、年度人力資源相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的填報(bào)及分析；5、人才招聘及儲(chǔ)備；6、負(fù)責(zé)辦公室行政工作及管理、合同用印管理；7、采購及物資管理、固定資產(chǎn)管理，定期維護(hù)、更新相關(guān)臺(tái)賬；8、緊貼業(yè)務(wù)，協(xié)助各部門負(fù)責(zé)人做好員工溝通工作，建設(shè)企業(yè)文化，為業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展提供支持；9、支持學(xué)苑各項(xiàng)大型活動(dòng)的后勤工作；10、按質(zhì)按量完成其他領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦任務(wù)。任職要求：1、全日制本科及以上學(xué)歷，人力資源、心理學(xué)、行政管理或英語相關(guān)專業(yè)；2、良好的英語聽說讀寫能力，熟悉外國文化，能適應(yīng)全英工作環(huán)境；3、3年以上人事行政工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；有國際學(xué)校人事/外事經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮；4、具有較強(qiáng)的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力、人際交往能力、分析和解決問題的能力；5、抗壓能力強(qiáng)，能同時(shí)處理多項(xiàng)任務(wù)；6、熟悉HR軟件及辦公軟件的使用。
