Key Duties and Responsibilities:1. Assist in planning and organizing holistic development activities for college students2. Prepare and design communication and promotional materials for events in both English and Chines3. Support the management and daily operations of student organizations4. Provide administrative support to the college office.5. Undertake other assignments as assigned by the supervisor occasional work outside regular office hours may be required..Qualifications and Requirements:1. Have a Bachelor degree, a higher degree and overseas higher education **** would be advantageous2. At least 1-year relevant experience3. Fluent English & Mandarin speaking and writing skills4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and design software, with demonstrated experience in **** design, photography, and video editing5. Strong organizational, planning, time management, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, work effectively in a team, and meet tight deadlines.
